The best way to lose weight and keep it of is to concentrate on fat loss. Remember to ask any trainer your working with about their training history, who have they worked with? how long have they been a trainer? can they provide proof that they can do what they say they can. Remember you are the person who is putting your health in their hands, so don't feel awkward about asking questions. I can not stress enough how important it is to work with the right person. Other trainers make all sorts of promises, but rarely deliver.
